Iwajib Group was founded in 2008 with its initial
acquisition of a piece of land for the guarded residential development of 40
units of double storey terrace home and was completed three (3) months ahead of
the scheduled completion date.
Subsequently, the Group developed another guarded
residential development of one hundred and thirty three (133) units of
double-storey terrace home. These 133 units were adjacent to the aforesaid 40
units and again it was completed three (3) months ahead of the scheduled completion
date.
